Khor Fakkan player Leandro Spadaçio revealed that his absence from the team's match against Al Ain (1-3), which took place two days ago in the 14th round of the Professional League, was not due to a potential transfer to another club during the current winter transfer window, but because he is injured and needs rest. He confirmed that he is still contracted to Khor Fakkan until the end of the current season. Regarding his future with Khor Fakkan, Spadaçio told "Al-Ittihad": "I am still waiting to see if there will be negotiations between the managements of Khor Fakkan and Al-Wasl regarding a transfer. I don't know anything else, but as of now, I am a Khor Fakkan player." Spadaçio attended the Al Ain match as a spectator and was not included in the team's squad or substitutes list, while he had participated in the previous 13th round against Sharjah as a substitute in the second half, but his team also lost 1-3. Leandro (25 years old), who plays as a striker, moved from Al Ahli's youth academy on loan before being signed for three years, later obtaining Emirati nationality and being registered as a local player.
